Arcosa Aggregates in Lake Lynn, PA is seeking a Yard Loader Operator to join our underground mining team. You will operate loaders and assist with hauling stone to the primary crusher in a safety‑driven environment.

Successful candidates have 3–4 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Arcosa promotes safety and career advancement within our operations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prompt, regular attendance is expected.
• Positive, team-based attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and climb stairs or ladders as required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions (cold, hot, dusty, etc.).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Comply with all safety rules, policies and government regulations.
• Maintain mobile equipment according to company standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Pre-shift equipment for safety defects and report them.
• Learn to operate other underground equipment (Loaders, Haul Trucks, Scalers, Bolters).
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
