Job summary

MasTec Utility Services seeks a Foreman to lead the underground power line crew from plant/station to meter base, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will read blueprints, supervise the Line team, and coordinate with other departments to deliver reliable electric distribution infrastructure.

The role requires CDL Class A, 3 years of heavy equipment experience, and 2 years supervisory background, with field-based work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and general construction.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew to complete underground power line construction and maintenance from plant/station to meter base and related facilities.
• Read blueprints and oversee daily production and quality.
• Ensure crew safety and compliance with MasTec safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks for crew performing digging and placing products.
• Train new hires and trainees to learn the trade.
• Communicate with utilities and coordinate site activities.
