Job summary

Coeur Mining, Inc. seeks a Project Director to lead the Silvertip project from front-end loading to an operating mine. The role reports to the VP of Projects and will oversee safety, schedule, budget, and quality while aligning with strategy and capital objectives.

The position involves interfacing with senior leadership, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating with permitting and operational readiness groups in a remote Canadian mining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 progressive years of experience in major mining or heavy industrial projects.
• Leadership roles over large capital projects are essential.
• Experience with underground mining development and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, governance and delivery of the Silvertip project from FEED to operating mine.
• Interface with General Manager Operational Readiness and Site Operations; engage with Executive Team for governance and performance.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved business case, safety standards, schedule, budget and quality.
