Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.

• Experience managing underground mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Budgets management and operational efficiency experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all daily underground mining operations (drilling, blasting, ore handling).
• Develop and implement plans to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and policies.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop supervisors, operators, and technical staff.
• Oversee maintenance and utilization of mining equipment.
