Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must be able to apply for an ATF license through Morton Salt.
• Able to work independently and as an active member of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Complete required MSHA safety training.
• Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and document findings.
• Safely operate each required machine and meet production standards.
• Clean, grease, oil, and service machines; assist with major repairs as directed.
• Complete required paperwork (inspection sheets, timecards, production logs, shift reports).
• Work independently while coordinating with supervisors and teammates.
• Identify and address safety hazards; report concerns immediately.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
