Redpath is seeking a Project Engineer to provide engineering support for underground development and mass excavation. The role covers planning, coordination, forecasting, resourcing, and monitoring of projects to ensure quality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with 3-5 years in mining. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing reports, and supporting construction teams to achieve design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years' experience in a mining environment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office required.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, procure, and manage the design and engineering process.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare daily reports on underground mine development.
• Support construction crews to meet technical requirements and timelines.
• Develop and manage change orders and drawings updates.
