Job summary

Core Natural Resources, Inc. is seeking a maintenance foreman to supervise a crew responsible for maintaining CM and/or LW machinery and equipment in a coal mining environment.

You will ensure high equipment availability while upholding safety standards and company values. You will oversee maintenance on shuttle cars, feeder breakers, roof bolters, and related systems, coordinating with engineering and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Requires PA Black Hat certification or equivalent.
• Requires Federal Underground Electrical Certification (HIGH, MED, LOW).
• Requires working knowledge of coal mining operations; safety, production, maintenance, economics, and equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew responsible for maintenance of CM and/or LW machinery and equipment.
• Maintains equipment and facilities to ensure high availability and safety standards.
• Adheres to safety culture and company values (Safety, Compliance, Continuous Improvement).
• Performs maintenance on shuttle cars, feeder breakers, roof bolters, and related systems.
• Coordinates with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Orders materials, parts, and supplies as needed.
• May perform duties of other foremen when required.
