Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in progressive Mining Engineering, design, ventilation, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing ventilation, ground support, mine infrastructure, and underground development upgrade plans.
• Support preparation and maintenance of short, mid, and long-range mine plans with ventilation, stability, and development schedules.
• Contribute to optimization of mine design, sequencing, and scheduling for efficiency and sustainability.
• Support Life of Mine budgeting by compiling data with senior staff guidance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and procurement to ensure equipment availability and readiness.
• Assist in tracking operating costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in geotechnical data collection to evaluate ground stability and inform control strategies.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, including mine plans and budget inputs.
