Job summary

Exodigo is hiring a field operations technician to operate our underground discovery tools, collect data, and document site information across the United States.

The role requires 100% travel to urban and remote job sites, the ability to lift 20–40 lbs, night shifts when needed, and a valid driver's license. You will work with a team to troubleshoot on-site, report progress, and support customers with cutting-edge technology. Compensation is hourly, $33–$35 with overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of field operations experience, preferably within a startup environment.
• Ability to travel domestically to jobs across the United States.
• Comfortable with a 100% travel schedule.
• Background in earth sciences, engineering, construction or utility mapping is highly desirable.
• Technological savvy with ability to troubleshoot on-site.
• Excellent English – mandatory (read/write/speak).

Responsibilities

• Operate underground discovery tools using patented carts and drones, and document site information.
• Identify underground assets using sensors and advanced technology.
• Resolve on-site operational issues in coordination with R&D and operations managers.
• Document interactions and operation reports in organizational software.
• Collaborate with a global team to support construction, utilities and transportation projects.
