Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Field Operations Technician to scale our underground discovery platform. This role requires 100% travel across major US metros to support on-site operations and tool deployment.

You will identify underground assets with multi-sensor technology, document site information, and coordinate with R&D and operations managers to resolve issues on site.

The position demands physical work, night shifts at times, and a valid driver’s license, with hourly pay of $33–$35 plus overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of field operations experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically across the United States.
• Comfortable with 100% travel schedule.
• Physically capable of standing and walking up to 8 hours and working night shifts.
• Driver’s license and ability to ride in a vehicle up to four hours to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground discovery tools using patented carts and drone.
• Identify underground assets using sensor technology.
• Resolve on-site operational issues in collaboration with R&D and operations managers.
• Document interactions, site information and operation reports in organizational software.
• Engage with cutting-edge technology impacting construction, transportation and utilities.
