Sandvik Mining is seeking a Product Support Specialist (Master) Load & Haul for any U.S. location to act as SME for underground loading and hauling equipment.
You will provide advanced technical support, guide fleet optimization, and drive training programs across BEVs, automation, and related tech. Responsibilities include complex diagnostics, reliability improvements, and collaboration with sales, engineering, and customer teams to ensure readiness for new technologies and successful project
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; can be complemented by equivalent 4+ years experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Proficiency with digital service platforms, equipment monitoring tools and business applications.
Mansioni
- Serve as the highest-level technical support resource for underground Load & Haul equipment.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, drivetrain and control systems.
- Develop and deliver technical training for underground Load & Haul equipment.
- Lead technical readiness for new equipment introductions and product launches.
- Support fleet deployments, project start-ups and field performance evaluations.
- Lead safety and environmental compliance in line with company standards.
