Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Join our team to help connect America. As a Laborer, you will perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction, including:

1. Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of construction materials and equipment.
2. Digging using hand shovels and mechanical tools.
3. Installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling.
4. Climbing in and out of equipment such as trucks, backhoes, trenchers.
5. Operating or working around heavy machinery.
6. Working in congested or remote areas.
7. Maintaining visual and audible contact for safety.
8. Performing general construction work under supervision.
9. Maintaining safe working conditions according to regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License or Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Ability to operate utility trucks and hand tools safely.
• Optional but preferred: experience in utility construction, reading utility maps.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Availability for overtime, after hours, weekends, emergencies.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
