Qualifications

• Proven strong safety and attendance record is required.
• Effective interaction and communication with a variety of teams and departments.
• Two or more years operating mine hoists of similar design and function is required.
• Experience working rotating shifts (days and nights) preferred.
• Ability to communicate and receive instructions under all situations.
• Experience with hoisting equipment and mine shaft conveyance structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level, safe hoist operations for three hoists at TRJV.
• Transport equipment, materials, and personnel in and out of the mine per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies; follow company procedures.
