Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in White Lake, MI is seeking a Plumbing Helper to support plumbing teams on service, repair, and installation projects. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with opportunities to learn and grow within the trades.

As a Plumbing Helper, you will assist with water heaters, fixtures, drains, and plumbing system installations, while maintaining clean job sites and following company procedures. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 75+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 75+ pounds.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with service, repair, and installation projects.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare piping materials.
• Assist with water heaters, fixtures, drains, sewer, and plumbing system installations.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Follow technician direction and company procedures.
• Take job photos and document work as needed.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Deliver a great experience for our customers.
