Job summary

TCS Communications, LLC is seeking aForeman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems and ensure safety protocols and timelines are met in outdoor environments.

Candidates should have at least three years of related experience; foreman experience is preferred. This is an outdoor, hands-on role requiring physical readiness and weather resilience.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least three years of related work experience in telecom or field work.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Discuss work with property owners and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
