Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead field teams on telecom construction projects. You will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining outdoor utility sites while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

You will train and mentor crews, troubleshoot field challenges, and oversee all job-site activities, including machine operation and coordination across project phases.

• Manage all aspects of job-site construction.

• Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, and other types of machinery
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction
