You will train and mentor crews, troubleshoot field challenges, and oversee all job-site activities, including machine operation and coordination across project phases.

• Support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects.

• Operate heavy equipment (backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, reels).
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction.
