Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead field crews on telecom construction projects. You will build, repair, and maintain outdoor utilities, supervise safety, and mentor team members in a hands-on environment.

You will operate heavy equipment, troubleshoot issues in the field, and ensure high-quality results on long-term projects across coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and underground work.
