You will assist crew with material handling, conduit and cable installation, and related duties across multiple sites. The role requires 1-2 years of underground electric distribution service experience, ability to work energized up to 600 volts, and willingness for overtime, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year minimum underground electric distribution service work experience required.
• Must be qualified to work on energized and de-energized lines and equipment up to 600 volts.
• If not certified, will be required to attend certification courses.
• Requires basic skills in math.
• Must be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver License throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew with underground service installation and repair tasks.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as required.
• Gather and assemble materials to complete tasks at multiple locations.
• Install conduits and cables; work on lines up to 600 volts unsupervised.
• Cover a 5-day work week with 40-50 hours; on-call, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Travel may be required; safety practices must be followed.
