Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC in Georgia seeks a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing, maintaining and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines and travel to job sites as required.

The role emphasizes coaching, on-the-job training, and ensuring quality and on-time completion, with work outdoors in all weather and occasional on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Extended work locations including out-of-state assignments.
• Outage/storm/emergency on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Coordinate switching, tagging, grounding procedures, and fault locating.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated tools.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel as needed.
