Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years estimating experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with underground electrical construction.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Collaborate with Lead and Senior Estimators to prepare documents for legal review.
• Identify bid type, scope, materials, labor, and bonding requirements.
• Travel to pre-bid meetings or jobsites as needed.
• Prepare takeoffs and project/construction plans with estimators.
• Finalize schedules and work plans with leadership.
• Submit final bids with leadership approval.
