Applicants should hold MSHA 5000-23 UG/Surface certification, with preferred drilling or mining experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid MSHA 5000-23 UG/Surface certification.
• Experience in drilling operations or mining preferred.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and mechanical/equipment knowledge.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain underground and surface drilling rigs per plan.
• Meet production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Perform pre-operational checks, PMs, and required audits.
• Document drill logs and daily reports; coordinate with crew.
• Adhere to Life Saving Rules, Stop Work Authority, and 5S housekeeping.
