Granite Construction is seeking an entry-level Drill Tech to join a small crew on a mineral drilling site in the United States. The role requires overnight travel, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

You will support safety programs, operate basic site equipment, and help transport and set up drills across sites. The position emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Construction site or outdoor industry experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Lift and move drill pipe and materials up to 50 lbs, and assist with components up to 100 lbs.
• Collaborate with the drilling crew and work independently to achieve goals.
• Operate and maintain service trucks, backhoes, forklifts, generators, engines, pumps, and other drilling site equipment.
• Assist with transporting rigs and equipment between sites and set up job sites.
• Complete daily paperwork to maintain time and material records.
