Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and able to follow site protocols.
• Team-oriented with reliable communication in dynamic environments.
• Physically able for demanding underground work and long shifts.
• Willing to obtain or maintain required site certifications and medical clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist drillers with setup, operation and maintenance of underground drilling equipment.
• Perform manual labor, handle drill rods and materials in confined spaces.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
