Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
• MSHA certification preferred or ability to obtain required site certifications.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, reliability and high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Manual labor in underground mining environments, including lifting, carrying drill rods and handling equipment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of drilling equipment at underground sites.
• Support drillers by handling tools, supplies and materials for drilling operations.
• Monitor drilling equipment during operation to identify and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and respond to operational needs.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of drilling equipment under supervision.
