Job summary

Swick Mining Services is seeking experienced, motivated underground diamond drillers/helpers to join our North American operations. This role offers a 20/10 rotation with consistent time at work and at home, plus 100% company-paid travel to sites and provided accommodation.

You will contribute to safe, high-quality drilling services across North America, supporting drillers by handling equipment, tools, and materials, and participating in setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling gear.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
• Valid driver’s license.
• MSHA certification preferred or ability to obtain site certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of drilling equipment at underground sites.
• Support drillers by handling tools, supplies and materials required for drilling operations.
• Monitor drilling equipment during operation to identify and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and respond to operational needs.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of drilling equipment under supervision.
