Swick Mining Services is seeking an Underground Diamond Driller Helper in North America. You will assist skilled drillers, help set up and maintain underground drilling equipment, and support safe, high-quality drilling services.

This role offers a 20/10 rotation, paid travel, company-provided housing, and strong earning potential with a sign-on bonus. You must be physically fit, safety-focused, and able to work in challenging underground environments.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in remote underground mining environments on a 20/10 rotation.
• Pass pre-employment medical and drug screens.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• MSHA certification preferred or ability to obtain site certifications.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of drilling equipment at underground sites.
• Support drillers by handling tools, supplies, and materials.
• Monitor drilling equipment during operation and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate with team to coordinate tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Participate in training and development.
