Job summary

You will stock materials, organize tools, and help maintain safety and efficiency on site. The position requires at least two years of driving and construction experience, the ability to work 10+ hours, and occasional overnight travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of driving experience with no major infractions in the past three years.
• Two years of construction experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel overnight for assigned projects.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and a criminal background screen.
• Complete and pass a DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine construction activities such as pulling rope, climbing ladders, and using hand tools.
• Stock trucks with materials and organize tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Set up traffic controls, direct traffic, and ensure safety around work zones.
• Finish daily paperwork including timesheets and truck/expense reports as required.
• Work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Travel to project sites as needed and support team objectives.
