Job summary

Utilities One is looking for a Manager of UG Construction to supervise underground drilling operations in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will ensure safety and quality in execution while leading field crews across various projects.

Responsibilities include conducting field inspections, training, and managing project resources. A minimum of 5 years in underground construction is required, along with strong leadership and compliance knowledge. This position requires extensive travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in underground drilling or construction operations.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring crews.
• Willingness to travel regularly across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Supervise underground drilling operations to ensure compliance and safety.
• Lead training and onboarding for in-house crews.
• Coordinate resources to support project schedules.
