What you'll do:

• Perform installation and maintenance tasks for underground telecommunications cabling
• Hand dig with shovels and mechanical tools
• Climb into and out of equipment such as trucks, backhoes, trenchers
• Operate or work around heavy machinery
• Work in congested or remote areas
• Maintain visual and audible contact with crew members and ensure safe coordination
• Perform general construction work under supervisor guidance
• Flagging, property, or worksite restoration
• Maintain safety standards according to regulations and policies

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate utility trucks, equipment, and tools safely
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and in all weather conditions
