Job summary

Warrior Met Coal is seeking a Safety Foreman at the Blue Creek mine in Berry, Alabama to lead by example in line with the Warrior Way. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an underground coal mining industry.
• Proficient in the use and maintenance of mining equipment and systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to safety, detail, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Represent site management when accompanying Federal and/or State inspectors and convey results to management.
• Investigate accidents and incidents.
• Interact with front-line supervisors and hourly team members.
• Strengthen adherence to Warrior’s Safety Policies and mining laws.
• Perform site visits and audits; conduct training.
