Zusammenfassung

Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a safety‑driven Cable Splicer to construct and repair underground electrical systems. You may travel to various job sites, including out‑of‑state locations, and will report to the Foreman.

You will install and repair underground power conductors, lead crews, and mentor apprentices in a dynamic field environment. The role requires 3 years of underground experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to work standby/outages.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of underground experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willingness to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work extended hours including weekends, holidays, and emergency callouts.

Aufgaben

• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of energized and de-energized underground systems.
• Lead crew in absence of supervisor and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Train and mentor apprentices and groundmen.
• Install and repair underground power conductors and related hardware.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; perform live-line work with proper techniques.
