Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative, financial, and operational activities supporting undergraduate education within the College of Engineering.
• Provide leadership, supervision, performance management, and professional development for administrative staff; foster collaboration.
• Manage budgets and financial resources; monitor expenditures and partner on budget planning and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary liaison with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Facilities, and Student Affairs.
• Lead strategic initiatives; develop implementation plans, coordinate communications, and assess outcomes.
• Support educational programs, student success initiatives, experiential learning, and digital education efforts.
