Job summary

Ashland University is seeking an Admissions Representative for Undergraduate Admissions to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and coordinate recruitment efforts including college fairs and campus visits.

The role requires travel within the assigned recruitment area, strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. A bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective traditional first-year students and their influencers within specific geographic recruitment area.
• Travels to visit high schools in assigned recruitment area.
• Travels to attend college day/night programs within assigned recruitment area.
• Hosts virtual college information programs in targeted recruitment areas.
• Assists with campus visit programs throughout the year.
• Serves as a liaison to the Ashbrook & Honors programs.
• Serves as a liaison to the Office of Student Success.
• Serves as a liaison to the College of Arts & Sciences and other campus offices for new student recruitment purposes.
