This full-time role reports to an Associate or Assistant Director of Cane Navigation and collaborates with faculty and campus partners to promote persistence, progression, and timely graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 1 year of advising, counseling, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of academic advising as a teaching and learning practice.
• Understanding of undergraduate curricula, degree requirements, and institutional policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, developmental academic advising to support undergraduate student learning and timely graduation.
• Establish and maintain advising relationships for assigned students throughout their undergraduate experience.
• Guide students in interpreting program requirements and degree pathways for informed decisions.
• Utilize advising systems and resources to document interactions and track student progress.
