Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Atlanta offers a Digital Transformation & Technology Co-Op in a paid, full-time program that embeds students into agile teams across technical and functional tracks. The 3‑semester schedule begins with a Foundations bootcamp and continues with two apprenticeship terms, rotating across projects and teams.

Participants will gain experience in cloud technologies and languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and Go, while delivering real software and building professional

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, Industrial Engineering, HCI, Software Engineering, Computational Media, or related technical major
• Three semesters minimum of college coursework remaining
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Learn about Chick‑fil‑A systems, technologies, and best practices
• Contribute to current DTT projects or initiatives with guidance from an Early Talent Coach
• Influence innovative ways to solve current business and technical challenges
• Hear from key members of the DTT department to understand technology roles
• Grow technical skills across multiple domains and deepen understanding of Chick‑fil‑A culture
