Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, automation, data, systems, or business process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with mentors, peers, and stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Support IT and digital transformation projects aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with IT teams, partners, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Assist with process mapping, documentation, project tracking, testing, and data review.
• Contribute to prototypes, automation opportunities, analytics, dashboards, or solution enablement activities.
• Help identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Participate in meetings, sessions, mentorships, and program events.
• Support change management and training activities for processes and tools.
• Learn how enterprise systems, data, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and processes connect across a global organization.
