Job summary

Mattel is seeking Undergraduate Development Program Manager Interns for a Summer Internship. The program runs 10–12 weeks and focuses on developing future leaders with support from mentors and buddies, collaborating with engineers and designers.

Interns will research engineering solutions, translate specs, review sketches, and work with a global team. Hourly pay is $23.00/hour, and the program targets rising seniors graduating in 2028.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university as a rising senior, graduating in 2028.
• Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.
• Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, process-oriented thinker.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide solutions to solve complex problems using engineering principles.
• Assist in translating specifications and requirements into engineered solutions with speed and innovation in mind.
• Review concept sketches and provide technical support or product engineering for products.
• Work with a global team of Engineers and Designers.
