• Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, process-oriented thinker.
• Effective time manager - able to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Self-starter capable of working effectively independently or as part of a team.
• Possess good mechanical aptitude in generating creative, simple mechanical solutions and troubleshooting existing mechanism.
• Intent listening skills with ability to apply learnings.
• Ability to be flexible to changing business priorities.

The Team:

Our Product Development Engineering team are responsible for total engineering of product. They translate specifications and requirements and provide solutions when engineering issues arise. They collaborate on projects within the Product Development and Quality division and assist in the engineering and development of current and future toy products.
