Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Agent to protect our stores. The role focuses on undercover, plain clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters, with no risk management, safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory responsibilities.

Candidates must have at least one year of undercover, floor-walking LP experience, be able to travel to multiple stores in the area, and maintain strong communication with store management and local law enforcement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of undercover, floor-walking loss prevention experience is required.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills and preparedness for high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Complete Incident Reports
• Review Camera Footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement
• Relationship building with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team
