Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. in Colorado is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Agent to protect assets and deter shoplifting through undercover, plain-clothes surveillance on the sales floor.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of undercover LP experience, be able to travel between stores, communicate effectively, pass background and MVR checks, and stand/walk most of the shift. Starting wage $26.00–$27.00 per hour, with benefits including health/dental, 401(k) and vacation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year undercover, floor-walking loss prevention experience required.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Background check.
• Must be able to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Complete Incident Reports
• Review Camera Footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team
