Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Agent to perform undercover, plain clothes surveillance on the sales floor to identify and apprehend shoplifters. The role focuses on discreet operations with no inventory duties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of undercover, floor-walking Loss Prevention experience required.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills and composure under pressure.
• Must pass motor vehicle record and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete incident reports.
• Review camera footage.
• Apprehend shoplifters.
• Review BOLOs.
• Handle stressful, unpredictable situations with sound judgement.
• Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
