Qualifications

• At least one year of undercover, floor-walking loss prevention experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete incident reports.
• Review camera footage.
• Apprehend shoplifters.
• Review BOLOs.
• Handle stressful, potentially dangerous situations with rational judgement.
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
