Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative. You will conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners, and propose customized foundation and water management solutions. Travel regionally, leverage pre-qualified leads, and close sales with autonomy and support from a global brand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within your territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Use warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose issues in homes and educate homeowners on solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers and track sales pipeline.
• Participate in branch team initiatives and meetings.
