Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking full-time Retail Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service and connect guests with what matters most. You will drive sales, train with NHU-style onboarding, and contribute to a high-energy store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, are legally eligible to work in the U.S., and can work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
