Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring full-time Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will connect guests to technology, share product knowledge, and create memorable in-store experiences.

You will earn base hourly pay plus uncapped commission, participate in paid training, and enjoy benefits such as health coverage and a 401(k) match. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
