Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and guide guests through our sales process. You will share product knowledge and create the ultimate in-store experience.

You will meet sales goals, work with store teams, provide solutions, and help with merchandising and operations. The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and availability evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with customers and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
