Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in one of our U.S. retail stores.

You will engage guests, explain product benefits, and provide solutions to meet their needs, creating personal connections and an outstanding in-store experience. You will work alongside store leaders, achieve monthly sales goals, participate in training, and enjoy benefits such as health coverage, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
