Job summary

AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant in Bend, Oregon. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them choose from AT&T’s devices and services while building meaningful connections.

You’ll participate in events, process online orders, and reach out to existing and potential customers by phone. Expect a fast-paced environment with a 40-hour week, including weekends, and a performance-based commission structure.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance notice for seniority-based shifts.
