Job summary

AT&T in USA:AK Anchorage is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through device and service options with a consultative approach. You will participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to customers while pursuing sales targets with uncapped commissions.

The role requires flexibility for a 9am-9pm schedule, including weekends, and training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change helps you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
